I saw this gull today, May 23, 2022, in the parking lot for the 10th St Boat Launch in Everett.  It seemed different, so I took some pictures.  Looking at my field guides, the only local gull that I can find that looks like this one is a first summer Iceland Gull.  According to eBird, that would be very unusual here in May.

I am far from being a gull expert, and I might very well be overlooking something obvious, but I would like opinions from birders more knowledgeable than I.  Here is the gull.

The shape of the head, the color of the plumage, the color of the bill, and the color of the legs are the things that seem to fit a first summer Iceland Gull.  The size seemed right, too.
