Crescent Lake gull February 3, 2016

I saw this gull just south of Crescent Lake, which is south of Monroe, WA, today, February 3, 2016.  There is supposed to be a Black-headed Gull in the area, and I guess this is it.  It doesn't look exactly like the pictures I saw in an eBird report yesterday, but I don't know what else it could be.  It had a dark red bill with a darker tip, a roughly circular patch behind and below its eye, and red legs.  Here are some pictures.

In that last picture, you can just barely make out the red legs.

In this next picture, you can see the size compared to the Mew Gull on the left.

I'm assuming it is a Black-headed Gull in winter plumage, but I would be glad to get further information.
